Many people are afraid of cold-calling for

Many people are afraid of cold-calling for two reasons:

They feel like they are intruding; they think the employer doesn’t want to be bothered. We’ve already learned this isn’t true. Employers like to be “bothered” by someone who can solve their problems or fulfill a need in their company – that way they don’t have to actively seek out prospective employees.

What’s the best way to find out if they have a need?

Call them up and find out!

The second reason people generally don’t like cold calling is because they are afraid of rejection. This is a logical fear, nobody likes to be rejected.

The bad news is, there is no 100% rejection proof method for you to use.

The good news is, in my ebook Resume Writing Secrets Exposed, you will discover a little known psychologically persuasive phrase that, when used properly, almost never fails.

Have you looked at the

Have you looked at the new RVs? Whether you are an experienced RV owner or someone who is just looking into recreational vehicle ownership for the first time, you will find the improvements in the RVs of today a great way to make a great pastime even better. If you don?t want to buy a new towable or motorized recreational vehicle, you can still take advantage of the upgraded features by installing them in your current model, but if you really want to go ?all out? you might want to consider purchasing one of the new RVs.

When you walk into someone?s home today, chances are that they will have internet service, a high tech stereo and entertainment system, and modern appliances. Should you expect anything less when you walk into the new RVs?

One disadvantage that recreational vehicle owners in the past had problems with was keeping in touch with those back home. Now we have cell phones which are a fairly good way to contact someone on the go, but sometimes you just need to send a written message quickly.

Make the necessary adjustments and keep

Make the necessary adjustments and keep going.

Up next is the second part of the formula:

(2.) Do what you love.

There’s an old saying, “Do what you love and you’ll never have to work a day in your life!”

Do you understand what that means? It means if you work at doing something you truly love and enjoy, it won’t really seem like work at all.

Speaking from personal experience, I’m here to tell you that is absolutely the truth. Let me give you an example of what I’m talking about.

A few years ago, I made it my goal to have a successful business on the Internet, even though I had no computer experience and knew absolutely nothing about the Internet.

At that time, I didn’t even own a computer. All I had was my WebTV and a boatload of determination.

Well, my friends, to make a long story short, I’m happy to say that I’ve achieved that goal. And now I get to stay home all day, everyday and play on my computer, writing articles like this one and publishing my “Let’s Make Money Newsletter.”

So, how did I do it?

I went to the libray and taught myself how to use a computer.

They teach you

They teach you what is right. God is also a teacher. He guides you to a right path. I think I would be miserable without teachers.”

“None of us would be alive if God was not our teacher,” says Haleigh, 10. Jesus was the master teacher. He told stories, spoke in parables and intentionally offended religious leaders by violating their taboos, all in the course of teaching.

When Jesus left Earth, he promised to send another teacher. He said the Holy Spirit would guide his people from within. Many centuries before, the prophet Jeremiah foretold a time when God would give his people a new heart. (Jeremiah 31:31-34) Although the Holy Spirit teaches Christians from within, he also works through human teachers to instruct his people.

“My Sunday School teacher teaches us almost everything in the Bible,” says Drew, 8. “I changed to much nicer.

Shift in Customer Care Strategies Triggers Growth in EMEA Contact Center Outsourcing, Notes Frost & Sullivan

Shift in Customer Care Strategies Triggers Growth in EMEA Contact Center Outsourcing, Notes Frost & Sullivan

PR Newswire, June 11, 2010

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., June 11 /PRNewswire/ — Given the lull in the global economic environment, growth in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) contact center outsourcing market has been slower than it has been in the past. The vast majority of large, medium, and small businesses in EMEA continue to seek cost reductions, focus on building core competencies, and gain economies of scale through smart investments with experienced outsourcers.

New analysis from Frost & Sullivan (http://www.contactcenter.frost.com), EMEA Contact Center Outsourcing Markets, finds that the market earned revenues of 11.1 billion Euros in 2009, a decline from 2008 and is expected to recover and grow from 2010 and onwards, reaching 14.7 billion Euros in 2016.

“Tech support, help desk and general customer service outsourcing continue to be the fastest growing segments for contact center outsourcing across EMEA,” says Frost & Sullivan Senior Analyst Michael DeSalles. “The increased adoption of IP and multi-media technology and hosted/software-as-a-service (SaaS) models have been important drivers for EMEA outsourcing growth. In the last year, we also saw that customer retention activity is more important than ever for enterprises.”

The biggest challenge in EMEA outsourcing seems to hinge on the fact that to be successful, providers must offer robust multilingual agent populations – often termed a ‘pan-European’ solution, in order to attract and keep key clients.

“Many outsourcing providers have gone to a more centralized staffing model in order to bring in and keep agent talent in particular countries,” explains DeSalles. “This is a real shift in operating philosophy and away from the historical notion of maintaining a large footprint on the European continent.”

Increasingly, clients are looking for outsourcing service providers that offer comprehensive, globally expansive solution sets. This is designed to help mitigate operational risks without sacrificing quality, retention efforts or customer satisfaction.

EMEA Contact Center Outsourcing Markets is part of the Contact Centers Growth Partnership Services program, which also includes research in the following markets: North American Hosted Contact Center Markets, North American Speech Applications Development Market for Contact Centers, and North America Contact Center Outsourcing Markets, among others
